Our October

I can't believe this month is already to the halfway mark. Where is October going? And why so fast?
We have been so busy with the business, and I've had tons of Dr appts (more on that later) and in between we have had lots of fun!
We have gone to fall festivals...

(Ava got her first face paint and I've never seen the kid sit so still in her life!)

We've already done a little dressing up (not her real halloween costume. this was just one of her princess dresses we wore for fun) and trick or treating...

-Poor babe was so sick this day and I thought it was just allergies.

We made mini caramel apples...
(and NO the stove was not on in this picture)

And we've painted pumpkins with friends!

All in all, minus the sickness Ava had this week (strep throat) I'd say she hasn't missed out on any fun! I just love the holidays that much more with a toddler. It's so much fun to be a kid again with her!!

Ft. Worth, Texas
After having my girly girl in April of 08, and spending oodles of money on one of a kind boutique, monogrammed clothing (with hairbows to match), I decided it was time to learn this trade myself before I went broke! I learned how to sew, embroider, and make hairbows in a matter of 3 months. What started as a hobby has turned into a dream come true. I quit my job as a teacher and now work from home when the little one sleeps. My life as a mommy and a boutique clothing designer/manufacturer/monogrammer is truly the best of both worlds!! I have big dreams for the future of my family and the future of SheShe Made. Thanks for joining me as I blog about the journey. Let me know if there is a bow or outfit you'd like custom made for you! Email me at sheshebows@yahoo.com and thanks for stopping by!
